What a year it’s been 5
When you have a variety of physical conditions, there are generally some mental health issues as well.
I need to record this
I need to record this, Not in the nice neat package people want, But as the slow, messy, rumbling way, That speaks the truth in love.
I stood back up alone
I stood back up alone, Mourning what I thought I had, Not knowing of the difference.
Nature, nurture and choice
People often argue the difference between nature and nurture as if one or the other is the cause for how somebody becomes what they are.

At the start of January, Johnathan had a virus and then developed post viral syndrome which has taken a big toll on his body.
First Poem
Well, ok, technically this is probably not the very first poem I ever wrote in my life. I am sure when we wrote poetry and prose in English during school I must have had to create some poems as well as different stories, but truthfully if you asked me what they were, I don’t have a clue.

Forgiveness and mental health
I suppose that actually guilt and forgiveness are related to each other. Guilt can eat away at mental health because it destroys peace of mind.
Mental Health Awareness week
You can guess from the title what this article is about. I want to talk to you about mental health today. Often people assume that it’s either depression or suicide, but there is a LOT more to mental health than just that.
Perception vs Reality
I was watching a cartoon with Johnathan and one of the characters had a birthday and all the friends decided they were going to throw a party. But this particular individual did NOT want to have a party.
