What a year its been

First of all I would like to thank those of you who have been looking at my website and excusing my exceedingly erratic posting over this year so far.  To say it has been a challenging year would be an understatement but we’re still here, loving and living and starting the process of returning to “normal” life again.

Circumstances change and sometimes in unexpected ways.  At the start of the year I had some ideas of what I wanted to do and accomplish but not much of it has happened yet.  With everything going on, much of my own creativity seemed to vanish away.

A couple of times a few ideas of posts came to mind but I didn’t have the mental capacity to actually write them.  And without the words flowing and meshing into verses or paragraphs I just had to accept that it had gone for a while but would return later.

Funny thing was, well, I say funny, but not really.  I suppose actually it’s quite natural for me, considering how my inspiration usually returns.  For me, poetry always comes before any other type of writing.  

Well, I look forward to seeing what this new chapter of creativity brings to me and I trust you will continue to enjoy reading about it as time goes on.
