I was watching a cartoon with Johnathan and one of the characters had a birthday and all the friends decided they were going to throw a party.  But this particular individual did NOT want to have a party. 

“I’m fine” you tell the person asking but…honestly?  If you DID tell the truth - well….

If you’ve read my latest post on Johnathan coming home from hospital, you won’t be surprised at the topic I have been considering this week. 

Well, Johnathan and Kevin are back home from the hospital now having had loads of tests done and completed.

Well, this is going to be a very different one for our family.  Johnathan has been unwell since January with no real improvement being seen even with some of his medication being doubled to help him.  

I’m sure you’re as well aware of the fact that there are scams perpetrated around the world. 

Can I just say I am REALLY pissed off by this company and how they work?

When we pick up a book, any book, we have certain expectations about what we are going to be reading. 

I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently and have reached some conclusions that I would like to share with you on this subject.

I don’t know what to call it - or how to put this.  I have tried in so many different ways.  We’ve been having quite a time of life lately…..Johnathan has now been unwell for nine weeks.

The stars are within your grasp

When you follow the right path 

Not wondering where your feet fall

Just treading on the road before you.

Please don’t just give up

Even when your soul is aching

And you think nobody cares

Always hold onto hope inside.

The joy I have in living life

Should be fully celebrated 

The purpose I am here for

Fulfilled in all that I do

I often watch the Olympics in the summer time on the tv and have thoroughly enjoyed doing so for most of my life.

Well, it seems so strange to say it, but our dear daughter Natalie Marie was stillborn fifteen years ago. 

While Johnathan has been so poorly we have been watching quite a bit of CBBC. 

Life has been very different the past few weeks for us - especially for Johnathan.

She gave a deep throated laugh as she stood looking out to sea, loving the beautiful colours splashed across the sky. 

Well, actually, technically you could say this is something that has been on my mind off and on last year, so it’s not this week precisely although I have been thinking about it this week.

Actually, this is something I heard from someone else this week and I thought “my goodness!  She is so right!.”
