How can we learn truth

When all we’ve known is lies?

Turn our lives round for good

When evil has been done to us?

Well let me tell you something

You can find the truth in life

If you really want to find it

And discover truth acknowledged.

Yes, it can be quite a journey

Not the straightest paths to see

But we know each bend and curve

Leads us on to better things.

Tell me would you take this life

Content to stay just where you are?

Or would you take the chance to find

A place of peace and happiness?

Acknowledging truth isn’t easy

When opposing all you’ve known

Truth always ends up coming out

Always living the best you can.
