Can I just say I am REALLY pissed off by this company and how they work?  I had been seeing adverts for one of their products that looked excellent and like something that could actually help me physically.  So I thought I would buy it on Sunday.

However, as I was buying the product, the website doesn’t TAKE you to a receipt page, OR acknowledge what you have bought.  It then opens a page that says you need to get at least one of these, then ANOTHER page that tells you that you have to get ANOTHER thing.  By the time it got to the third extra product, I was seriously irritated.

So I wrote an email saying I didn’t want it on Monday morning and could they please NOT send it OR take the money from my account.  I had a reply back that it had ALREADY been shipped so I have to return it back to them (of course pay for sending it back!).

Then this morning on TUESDAY I get an email from them saying my order is being packed and shipped right now.  My thoughts haven’t been polite!

If you’re going to sell a product, fine.  If I want it, I will get it, thanks very much.  But when you don’t ACKNOWLEDGE the payment to the customer, I think that’s unacceptable.  And then to force them to buy OTHER products they don’t even want or need, tell them the product has already been shipped when it hasn’t…really?!  Come on, guys.  At least be honest with transactions!

I’m not saying everybody’s experience is going to be bad, but when the website is set up in such a way that things are not clear, the customer feels they have been cheated.  

So please, if you’re selling something….I know I’m not the only one who is caught like this….make it clear so the customer knows what is going on!
