When you find yourself in the dark - look up!
Don’t focus on the things that surround you
Your life isn’t meant to be lived in darkness
Look up! And find the light shining through.
Dark times find out who we are - look up!
Nothing can be seen when in darkness
But no reason that we should live in it
Look up! And find that brightness of light.
Even when it seems this is the end - look up!
Hope doesn’t come from the darkness
You only find answers in the bright light
Look up! See the treasures in the light.
Don’t sit in the darkness alone - look up!
Reach out to the people who understand
Tif they have travelled the road before
Look up! There is no shame in asking for help.
Especially when feeling all alone -look up!
Use the light you see to warm you inside
Let peace come into your heart and mind
Look up! And find all the answers you need.
It’s not an easy thing to do but - look up!
Giving up can seem so easy in hard times
Facing life can appear to be impossible
Look up! Life lives on in the light of day.
